Privacy policy
Last updated September 19, 2026. This policy covers the Saturday Night Revels website at snrvip.com and the SNR pass and texting programs. Saturday Night Revels is the trading name of SNR-VIP LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company at 6531 Marshall Foch Street, New Orleans, LA 70124. In the rest of this page, "SNR", "we" and "us" mean that company.
What we collect
When a promoter invites you: the Instagram account handle the invitation was sent to, and which promoter sent it.
When you claim a pass, we ask you for:
- Your first and last name.
- Your mobile number. It is required to claim a pass: one number, one guest. We do not check it and we do not text it today. If you ticked the box, it is the number we will text your pass to once we switch texting on.
- Whether you ticked the one box that lets us text you. It starts unticked, and your pass appears either way.
- Your birthday as a month and day only, if you choose to give it, so we can wish you a happy birthday. We never ask for the year.
As you use SNR: when your pass was created, when you opened it, when you claimed it, and when venue staff scanned it at the door.
Automatically: your IP address when you submit the claim form, kept only as a counter so one address cannot claim passes in bulk and never attached to your record; and the IP address, browser and exact wording at the moment you tick the box, kept as the record of that agreement.
What we do not collect
We do not ask your age, we do not store a birth year and we do not run drink promotions of any kind through SNR. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics beacons or any third-party script on any page.
How we use it
- To create and deliver your pass, and to verify it at the door.
- To wish you a happy birthday, if you gave us the month and day.
- To text you your pass and occasional messages about upcoming events — only once we switch texting on, and only if you ticked the box.
- To keep a record of which promoter invited you and which events you attended.
- To detect and prevent duplicate or fraudulent use of passes.
- To meet our legal obligations, including keeping records of consent.
Text messages
We do not sell your phone number. We do not share your phone number, or the fact that you agreed to receive text messages, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your agreement to receive text messages from us is used only to send you messages from Saturday Night Revels.
We are not sending text messages today. Texts are sent only once we switch texting on, and only to guests who ticked the box. Nothing is sent when you claim a pass: your pass appears on screen right away.
There is one box. It covers your pass and occasional messages about upcoming events, and it is never ticked for you. When we switch texting on, we will use a messaging provider to deliver texts on our behalf. That provider will process your number solely to deliver our messages and may not use it for any other purpose.
Once texting is on, frequency varies: expect a message when you claim a pass, and generally no more than four messages a month about events. We don't charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Once texting is on, you can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message. We'll send one confirmation and then stop. Once texting is on, replying HELP to any message will return our contact information; email hello@snrvip.com at any time. Our SMS terms describe the program in full.
Who else sees your information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers who run SNR for us — our cloud hosting provider, and a messaging provider once we switch texting on. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Venue staff, by role. Door staff see your first name and the offer on your pass so they can admit you; they do not see your phone number, your last name, your handle or your birthday. The promoter who invited you sees the guests they invited, without phone numbers. A manager sees the full record — name, Instagram handle, mobile number, birthday, and your passes to that manager's venues — of every guest who holds a pass to an event at a venue they manage, or who was invited by a promoter who works at one.
- Law enforcement or others, when we're legally required to, or to protect the safety of guests or staff.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep your record and event history while you remain in our guest list. Records of your agreement to receive messages, and of any request to stop, are kept for at least four years because the law expects us to be able to show them.
Your choices
- Stop text messages: once texting is on, reply STOP to any message; at any time, email us.
- See what we have about you: email us and we'll send you a copy.
- Correct or delete your information: email us and we'll take care of it. Consent and STOP records tied to legal obligations are kept.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us and we'll honor them.
Security
Information is stored on encrypted servers with access limited to authorized staff by role. Promoters and door staff cannot see phone numbers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. A material change to how we text you is announced before it takes effect, and we ask again before texting you for any new purpose.
