SNR guest terms

Last updated September 17, 2026. These terms cover SNR passes and the offers they carry. "SNR", "we" and "us" mean SNR-VIP LLC, doing business as Saturday Night Revels. Claiming or using a pass means you accept them.

1. Entry is the venue's call

Entry is decided at the door by venue staff, under the venue's own rules and the law. A pass is not a guarantee of entry. SNR does not check age or ID; the venue does.

2. Passes

A pass is issued for one event, to you, by the promoter who invited you. It is scanned once at the door for each offer it carries; after that it is used. A pass stops working when the event ends. Passes cannot be sold or transferred. A pass can be withdrawn if it was issued in error, if the event changes or is cancelled, or if these terms are broken.

3. Offers

An offer on a pass (for example, free cover) may be limited to a set number of guests and ends when that number is reached, even if your pass still shows it. No offer is ever a drink or a drink discount. Offers are personal and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Texts

We text you only if you ticked the box when you claimed your pass, and only once we switch texting on. Leaving the box unticked never affects your pass. See the SMS terms and the privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

No scripted or repeated claiming, no attempts to reuse, copy or forge a pass, and no harassment of staff or other guests. We may withdraw a pass for any of these.

6. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top moves, and material changes are announced before they take effect.

7. The rest

SNR is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for venue decisions, for lost or delayed messages, or for your device. These terms are governed by Louisiana law.
