SNR guest terms
Last updated October 4, 2026. These terms cover SNR passes, the offers they carry and SNR accounts. "SNR", "we" and "us" mean SNR-VIP LLC, doing business as Saturday Night Revels. Claiming or using a pass, or making an account, means you accept them.
1. Entry is the venue's call
Entry is decided at the door by venue staff, under the venue's own rules and the law. A pass is not a guarantee of entry. SNR does not check age or ID; the venue does.
2. Passes
A pass is issued by SNR for one event, to you. It is scanned once at the door for each offer it carries; after that it is used. A pass stops working when the event ends. Passes cannot be sold or transferred. A pass can be withdrawn if it was issued in error, if the event changes or is cancelled, or if these terms are broken.
3. Offers
An offer on a pass (for example, free cover) may be limited to a set number of guests and ends when that number is reached, even if your pass still shows it. No offer is ever a drink or a drink discount. Offers are personal and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Texts
Apart from a one-time code you ask for when you make an account or reset your passcode, we text you only if you ticked one of the two text boxes when you claimed your pass or made your account, only the messages that box covers, and only once we switch texting on. Leaving both boxes unticked never affects your pass. See the SMS terms and the privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
No scripted or repeated claiming, no attempts to reuse, copy or forge a pass, and no harassment of staff or other guests. We may withdraw a pass for any of these.
6. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top moves, and material changes are announced before they take effect.
7. The rest
SNR is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for venue decisions, for lost or delayed messages, or for your device. These terms are governed by Louisiana law.
8. Your account
One account per mobile number. You make it with your name, your mobile number and a 6-digit passcode; keep the passcode to yourself. After five wrong passcodes the account locks until you reset it with a code texted to your number. You can change your name, birthday and Instagram handle on your account page, and ask us there to delete your account; we record the request and take care of it ourselves. If 24 months pass with no visit and no sign-in, we erase your name and number and the account ends; see the privacy policy. You can also turn notifications on or off there for the phone you are using; they are not texts, and you can turn reminders off there. You can also ask there for a party to be booked for you; it is booked only if staff book it. As a party's host you can choose to show your party's name on the live page. On a night you have come through the door you can ask the DJ for up to 3 songs there; the DJ decides what plays.
9. Rewards
A host whose party reaches the venue's number of arrived guests earns one free entry at that venue, for a later night, with no deadline. Where a venue turns them on, you also earn one free entry there for coming on a set number of nights in one month, for every set number of nights you come, and — you and the friend each — when a friend who made an account through your invite link comes for the first time within 60 days of making the account, up to 10 a year for the one who invited. On a night a venue runs a party challenge, the party with the most guests arrived by the time the challenge ends wins if at least 10 have arrived, every party tied for the most wins, and a cancelled party never wins; its host earns one free entry there, or, if the venue chose so, its host and everyone on its list who arrived by then. On a night a venue sets a goal, if the number of arrived guests reaches it by the deadline, everyone who arrived by the deadline earns one free entry there. A reward belongs to you and that venue, is used through your pass, at most one of each kind a night, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash. A venue manager may take back a reward given in error or when these terms are broken. People who work for SNR or a venue never receive rewards.
