How guests agree to texts

Last updated September 29, 2026. Saturday Night Revels texts only guests who ask. A guest claims an event pass from a personal link sent by SNR staff. The claim form has two separate checkboxes for texts: one for the event pass, one for news about upcoming events. Neither is ever ticked for the guest and neither is required: the pass is issued with both ticked, one, or neither.

What the claim form shows

The claim form asks for First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, and an optional birthday (month and day only).

On the same form, below those fields, are two checkboxes for text messages, one above the other. They are separate choices: each starts unticked, each is optional, and ticking one never ticks the other. Next to the first box, the guest reads:

Text me my event pass. I agree to receive text messages from Saturday Night Revels (SNR-VIP LLC) at this number with my event pass and details for the event I claimed it for. Up to 4 messages per month. Consent is not required to get a pass. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

Next to the second box, the guest reads:

Text me news about upcoming events. I agree to receive marketing text messages from Saturday Night Revels (SNR-VIP LLC) at this number about upcoming events. Up to 4 messages per month. Consent is not required to get a pass. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

The mobile number is needed to claim a pass (one number per guest). Giving it is not agreement to texts; only ticking a box is, and only for what that box names. A guest who leaves both boxes unticked still gets their pass and is never texted. Each ticked box is recorded on its own, with its own wording.

The guest then taps “Get my pass”.
